This was a custom order.
Our customers asked for a bike ramp for her son. We use a large bit in the router to roughly cut the shape, the large bit removes the timber more quickly, but with less accuracy in the details. Then we use a smaller bit doing the finishing/detail pass. The photo compares half and half of the rough pass vs the finish pass.
Finally we sand and oil.
This one was 320mm long x 120mm wide x 60mm high and was $180
